The Congress Party on Friday alleged that fictional" Bollywood movie 'Phantom,' which is a reflection of 26/11 incident, has been banned in Pakistan as the judiciary there might be acting on the instructions of the ISIS and military.

"They say it is a democracy, but the truth is that ISIS and military rule there. I think judiciary was instructed by them to ban the movie. The system is not connected to the public," Congress spokesperson Tom Vadakkan told ANI.

"Though the film is fictional, it is also a reflection of 26/11 incident. They are scared that the commoners will come to know what the military authorities of Pakistan are up to. It is a matter of fear that truth will be out in the open," he added.
