Hamas has reportedly warned Israel that it must be ready to face a pro-longed war if it fails to meet the Palestinian demands.
Osama Hamdan, Hamas's head of foreign affairs, said on Saturday that the offers made by Israel in Cairo, where negotiations are going on to broker a truce, do not meet the expectations of the Palestinians, reported News 24.
Gaza-based militant group, Hamas, had earlier demanded Israel to lift the economic blockade on Gaza. Israel however, has refused to fulfil it.
The two had agreed to extend a five-day-long truce in Cairo last week. The ceasefire agreement expires on Monday.
