PDP's youth president Waheed-Ur-Rehman Para on Thursday lashed out at the Congress for putting up posters illegally in Srinagar during Rahul Gandhi's visit to the state and said that it is an age old habit of the grand old party of not following the rules.
"They (Congress) don't want to work. They just want a photo operation. People won't be happy by that," Para said.
"It is their age old habit of not following the rules. Asking for permission is not in their syllabus," he added while commenting about the Congress' flags and banners that had been put up in the state during Gandhi's visit.
The Congress vice-president, who is presently on a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir, will interact with the farmers associated with the National Saffron Mission in Pulwama. He had yesterday met the families affected by firing and shelling from Pakistan in areas along the Line of Control in Poonch.
