British tennis star Andy Murray has officially been conferred the 'boring' tag, according to a new TV show.
The BBC1 show, titled 'Andy Murray: The Man Behind The Racquet', had filmed the World No.2 , with the documentary maker Jo McCusker saying that anyone hoping for scandals will be disappointed, the Daily Star reports.
According to McCusker, there will nothing 'flash' in the show as Murray is completely ordinary- he does not drink, smoke nor does he go out, adding that a bad weekend for the Brit is a poor result from his fantasy football team.
The report further said that in one scene, Murray is seen eating sweets while recovering in an ice bath following a six-hour fitness session, adding that the tennis ace needed to eat 6,000 calories a day due to his extreme exercise regime.
However, McCusker said that Murray's reputation as 'miserable' is a myth, adding that he is very different from the man in action, adding that he is laid-back, polite and witty and has a droll sense of humour.
McCusker further said that Murray is completely focused on his game and goals, which may make him appear aloof.
