Italian long-distance runner Devis Licciardi has been accused of using a doping-dodging penis with clean urine to fool collectors following a 10,000, race in Molfetta over the weekend.

According to the New York Daily News, the 27-year-old has a trip booked to Rome, where he's been called to disciplinary proceedings.

The athlete runs for the Italian Air Force Team, the report said.

The development is a new one in the line of techniques athletes employ to save themselves from being exposed of taking performance-enhancing drugs.
