The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Sunday arrested Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist Fayaz Ahmad Ganaie, an associate of slain LeT Commander Abu Bakr near Jammu and Kashmir's Sopore area.

However, the details about his arrest are yet to be ascertained.

Abu Bakr was killed on December 2016, in a six-hour-long encounter in Sopore.

He was holed up in a residential house in Bomai. The security forces blasted the building where he was hiding and firing from.
