At least 10 people were killed and 12 injured in a road accident that took place in Jharkhand's Baharagora on Monday night.
At least 35 people were from West Bengal's Rameshwar temple when they met with an accident.
Baharagora's MLA Kunal Sarangi along with others quickly reached the site and shifted all the injured and the deceased to the Tata Main hospital.
After getting the news of the accident, Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar, ADM Subodh Kumar, SSP Anoop T Mathew along with other officials reached to the hospital and discussed with the concerned doctors about the ongoing treatment of the injured.
Later, five critically injured people succumbed to death.
