A new "tell-all" biography that is set to release soon will reveal that Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis wanted to leave her husband, John F Kennedy, before his assassination.

'Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis: A Life Beyond Her Wildest Dreams', which has been penned by Darwin Porter and Danforth Prince, has revealed that she had confided in her mother that she couldn't see herself spending the rest of her life with her "philandering" husband, the New York Daily News reported.

Jacqueline was ready to divorce Kennedy over his many mistresses, and being fed up with his blatant philandering, she saw no other way out but to dump him.
