James Caan will star in the Fox Comedy Pilot 'Fantasy Life' opposite Kevin Connolly and Vanessa Williams.
Caan will be playing the role of the tough and humorless Chuck, who was an ex-legendary football player, who's on hard-working Mitch i.e. Connolly's new team working on Fox's fantasy football league show, Deadline.com reported.
The movie revolves around Chuck where he doesn't get fantasy football since he played real football and suffered real pain, however, Mitch eventually impresses him, and the former football star is willing to work with him.
On the other hand, Williams will be playing the role of Mitch's new boss.
The story is written by Tim McAuliffe based on the memoir by one of U.S.' top fantasy experts, ESPN's Matthew Berry, whereas Connolly will also be seen as executive producing 'Fantasy Life' alongside McAuliffe and 3 Arts' Michael Rotenberg, Jonathan Berry, Greg Walter and Troy Zien.
The pilot reunites Caan with 20th TV after starring in the studio's ABC comedy series 'Back In the Game'.
