Jamie Dornan has revealed that his wife "brilliant" wife Amelia is a hugely understanding person as she didn't have a problem with his getting naked for his role as Christian Grey in 'Fifty Shades of Grey.'
The 32-year-old actor, who told Amelia he had been offered the part when she was pregnant with their 14-month-old daughter Dulcie, said that his wife, who was fully supportive of him appearing in the controversial flick, was an actress for 10 years, so she's aware of what it's like, the Mirror reported.
Dornan added that a lot of people would have had a s**t fit at 30-something weeks pregnant hearing, "Darling, we're going to Vancouver this week for four months - we're going to have a Canadian baby and I'm going to do a film where, for parts of it, I will be naked," as that's a tough pitch, but his wife is an incredible person.
Dornan continued that he is happy to have this chance to play this character and knows it's going to be a controversial film but he doesn't think it's anti-feminist, as some people have been insinuating.
He added that the sex and the relationship is all consensual and contractual and he likes playing characters who are fractured, broken as he finds that more relatable for some reason.
