American singer-songwriter Janet Jackson has announced all details, including dates related to her first Las Vegas residency which is going to take place in May.
The 52-year-old singer took to her Instagram account to announce that she is launching a three-month residency at Park MGM's Park Theatre in Las Vegas. She also shared a clip featuring her performing.
She wrote, "Hey u guys, I'm so excited to announce my new Vegas residency, "Metamorphosis"! A celebration of my journey and the 30th anniversary of #RhythmNation! I'll be at the @parkmgmin May, July & August. Link in bio. #MetamorphosisVegas."
The show Metamorphosis promises to peel back the layers of the singer's private life from her childhood all the way through her career, reported E! News.
"Fans will follow her path to self-love, empowerment, motherhood and activism, amidst the challenges faced along her personal journey. She encourages her audiences to find their own light within themselves through her Metamorphosis," a press release stated.
The concert series not only provide some "electrifying visuals" and "explosive dance numbers," but also give the attendees a chance to hear the five-time Grammy winner's chart-topping songs.

In addition to that, the program will also celebrate the 30-year anniversary of her album Rhythm Nation 1814.
Jackson is going to perform a total of 15 shows, including May 17, May 18, May 21, May 22, May 25, May 26, July 24, July 26, July 27, July 31, August 2, August 3, August 7, August 9, and August 10.
The singer released a new single titled 'Made for Now' back in August and a new album is expected sometime this year.
