Janice Dickinson has filed a lawsuit against comedian Bill Cosby for lying about drugging and raping her over 30 years ago.
Dickinson claims that in 1982, Cosby drugged her at Lake Tahoe when she was unconscious, and penetrated her both vaginally and anally, TMZ.com has reported.
She even took an image of Cosby in a robe in the room where she claims the incident happened.
Though the statute of limitations has long since run out, Dickinson said she had new claim, even as Cosby's team maintains that she has made up the story.
Dickinson is now dragging Cosby to court for defamation and emotional distress, and asking for unspecified damages.
