Near the coast of the Japan Sea is situated Nagato city in the Yamaguchi prefecture.

This small city is one of the seven "Yakitori" cities in Japan. Yakitori meaning char-broiled chicken.

The city holds "Yakitolympic", meaning Olympic of Yakitori, which is participated by people from all over Japan.

The chicken is called Chosyu Dori, which is organic.

Instead of any antibiotic substance, different natural herbs are fed to improve flavor and taste.

Chosyu Dori, which is widely tasted by people in Yamaguchi, is now available in many across the world.

All Nippon Airways (ANA), which runs the project "Taste of Japan", will introduce Yakitori to its customers.

"It's crunchy, delicious and juicy. Thank you," said Tsugumasa Muraoka, Governor of Yamaguchi prefecture.

ANA will serve Choshu Dori saute in some of its international flights.

Koji Oka, Director of Products and Services Strategy, All Nippon Airways Co. Ltd, said "They invest a good deal of time and effort to raise 'Choshu Dori' without use of pesticides. Because the safety of food is an important theme for us. And most of all, it's delicious. All of the staff of this project ate it and agreed."

ANA also projects Yamaguchi prefecture as a tourist destination because of its historical significance.
