Japanese PM condemns IS' video declaring hostage's murder as 'outrageous and unacceptable'

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has condemned the Islamic State (IS) video declaring the murder of Japanese hostage Haruna Yukawa as "outrageous and unacceptable".

According to BBC, Japan said that it is trying to verify the footage and demanded the release of the second hostage Kenji Goto.

IS demanded 200 million dollars from Japan as ransom money within 72 hours.

However, now the militants group is said to be demanding an exchange of captives.

U.S. President Barack Obama also condemned the brutal murder of the Japanese hostage Haruna Yukawa by IS.
