One more person was killed by a mob last night, taking the toll to three in agitation called over the Jat quota issue in Haryana.
The mob also set ablaze a shopping mall despite curfew.
The protesters have also stopped water supply to Delhi.
The schools and colleges have been closed till Monday. Army has been called in nine districts of the state to control the situation. Internet and mobile service has also been blocked.
Haryana DGP Y.P. Singhal said arrangements have been made to deal with any untoward incidents.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal has said that he is ready for talks with agitates, adding that the state government may bring a bill for the Jat Aarakshan in the upcoming Assembly Session.
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has appealed to the people to maintain peace and order in the state.
