The Samjhauta Express, a railway service which connects India and Pakistan, was cancelled on Monday due to the ongoing pro-reservation protest carried out by the members of the Jat community in Haryana.
The Lahore-Delhi 'Dosti' bus service, which was indefinitely suspended yesterday, has also been cancelled for today at India's request in the wake of violence in Jat agitation in which 12 people have been killed and about 150 have been injured.
