Singer Jennifer Lopez has recently opened up about being called a "diva", saying that she doesn't deserve the label.

While slamming the double standards in Hollywood, the 46-year-old singer said in a recent interview, she don't deserve to be called a diva, as she has always been a hard worker, News.com.au reports.

"I got a moniker of being 'the diva,' which I never felt I deserved - which I don't deserve - because I've always been a hard worker, on time, doing what I'm supposed to do, and getting that label because you reach a certain amount of success," she said.

The 'Booty' hit-maker further added that she sometimes felt "crippled" to voice her opinion while working because of male dominating environment.

"I was always fascinated by how I could see [a man] being late or being belligerent to a crew and it being totally acceptable; meanwhile, I'd show up 15 minutes late and be berated," she recalled.

Apart from Lopez,,the candid conversation featured a slew of other women including Kerry Washington, Kirsten Dunst, Regina King, Sarah Paulson, Julianna Margulies and Constance Zimmer.
