Hollywood stars John Cusack and Christina Ricci is all set to star in cyber thriller 'Distorted'.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Ricci will play an artist who suffers from bi-polar disorder and has just endured the tragedy of losing her child and Cusack will portray the role of a journalist.
Brendan Fletcher ('The Revenant') will also star in the film written by Arne Olsen and directed Rob W. King, previously known for Nicolas Cage starrer 'The Humanity Bureau'.
The story revolves around a woman's disturbing memories which prompt her and her husband to move from their home into an upscale apartment building that boasts a modern design and a high-tech security system.
When she suspects the building's owner of a nefarious plot to subliminally subjugate the residents, she employs the help of an investigative journalist (Cusack) with an interest in cyber conspiracy.

Nicolas Chartier serve as an executive producer, while Andrew Holmes and Ben DeWalt are co-producing the project.
Voltage Pictures will handle international rights for the movie, with Minds Eye International managing domestic and Canadian rights.
