Australian Test bowler Mitchell Johnson has said that to get a five-for in an Ashes series is an unbelievable feeling and it had been a great celebration for the team after the win in Brisbane.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, nine wickets, more than 100 important runs and more than a few rattled England batsmen meant that it was little wonder that Johnson was named man of the match in Australia's emphatic win in the first Test.
Johnson's short bowling was brutal and effective, and the visitors' insecurity against him only seemed to build as the match wore on, the report said.
He added that he liked bowling short at the Gabba and thought that when bowlers had conditions like that, the short ball works very well.
