Canadian singer Joni Mitchell, who suffered a heart stroke in March, is reportedly improving and is soon expected to make full recovery.

According to court documents of the singer's conservatorship case, the 'Both Sides Now' singer was now eating her lunch herself, and has been talking to people, TMZ.com reported.

Mitchell, who was hospitalised on March 31 after being found unconscious in her home post suffering an aneurysm, told her attorney Rebecca Thyne that she was receiving good care from her long-time friend Leslie Morris.

Notably, singer's close friend David Crosby had previously said that Mitchell was not speaking yet.
