The Madhya Pradesh Police on Monday said they would look into minute details and scrutinise every angle in the murder case of the journalist who was burnt alive in Wardha district of Maharashtra.
"Case is being looked from every angle. There are chances of old rivalry or an issue related to land. We will look into minute details and these nodes of investigation will be taken into consideration. As facts will come forward, investigation will be given direction," said Inspector General of Balaghat DC Sagar.
On Sunday, a journalist hailing from Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh, was allegedly kidnapped and burnt alive in Wardha district of Maharashtra.
According to reports, he was allegedly murdered by three persons over a land deal.
The police had arrested two people after conducting an investigation at the spot where the incident took place.
