Justice Ganguly seeks a month's time to respond to NCW

Former Supreme court Justice A K Ganguly has sought four weeks' time to respond to National Commission for Women to explain his position in the law intern sexual harassment case.

Justice Ganguly has said he has to collect all documents regarding the case before he responds.

The NCW had taken a suo motu cognisance of the case in which Justice Ganguly was accused of sexually harassing a law intern and had sent a notice to him in December 6 to explain his position.
