Justin Bieber's bodyguard has been arrested for getting violent with a photographer and his equipment, it has been revealed.
According to TMZ.com, the alleged tussle went down on the island of Kauai when Bieber and his crew were jumping off the famous cliff on Shipwreck's Beach.
The cops said that a 29-year-old man was snapping pics of the popstar and his crew when the singer's hired hands approached and demanded that the man delete all his photos.
The photographer refused to the demands and has claimed that Bieber's bodyguard, Dwayne Patterson, got physical and assaulted him and damaged his camera.
The victim told cops that he had no injuries and refused any medical attention.
Patterson has been booked for 3rd degree assault and 4th degree criminal property damage and was released on 3,000 dollar bail.
