Justin Bieber has turned down the plea deal he was offered for his DUI case and is headed to court.
The Canadian singer and and Miami Beach prosecutors will not strike a plea deal and sources connected with the case say a trial is now almost certain, TMZ.com reported.
Prosecutors are offering a no contest plea to reckless driving, with strings attached and notably Justin must submit to random drug testing for 6 to 9 months.
However, sources connected with the pop star said they will not accept any plea that has probationary terms, especially drug testing.
