Justin Bieber recently wished Kylie Jenner happy birthday on Instagram saying that it was "dope" watching her grow up.
The 'Baby' hitmaker stated that he was glad he got to spend the birthday with her, the Mirror reported.
Bieber led the way with tributes to Jenner as she celebrates her 17th birthday.
Jenner's mother Kris Jenner also wished her daughter on her special day, and praised her for her "amazing energy" and "endless imagination".
