Cirque du Soleil sued Justin Timberlake and Timbaland for jacking some of its music for one of his tune.

According to the lawsuit against Timberlake and his producer, their song 'Don't Hold the Wall' from the '20/20 Experience' album is a sample of their hit-making tune called 'Steel Dream,' reports TMZ.com.

Cirque now wants a cut of all profits Justin and Timbaland made out of 'The Wall.'

But unlike most JT songs, it was not a commercial success and never cracked Billboard's Hot 100.
