Late Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Kalikho Pul's first wife Dangwimsai Pul on Thursday withdrew her plea filed in the Supreme Court seeking Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) probe into the former's death case.
Dangwimsai had earlier filed a plea in the apex court, seeking a direction for registration of an FIR and investigation into a suicide note, purportedly written by her husband, who allegedly committed suicide on August 9, last year.
In an appeal to the Chief Justice of India, she alleged that her family was getting threats and she was advised not to hold the press conference, in which she made the late chief minister's suicide note public.
