Kanye West has said that he was racially profiled for having a white T-shirt and braids, in a tape obtained of rapper's deposition in a case filed by a paparazzo who was assaulted by the rapper at LAX.
In the depo, the 'Stronger' hitmaker admits to being convicted of a felony and said that cops snagged him for allegedly stealing printers at the Illinois OfficeMax, TMZ.com reported.
Kanye suggests in the video that cops even doctored the evidence to frame him, saying that he was driving a white Ford Expedition and when he saw the police report, they crossed out where it said 'Cream Ford Explorer.
In the depo, filed in court by his lawyer Shawn Holley, Wes said that he believes he was convicted of a felony but says it was actually a mistaken identity for stealing some printers from OfficeMax after he was a platinum producer.
The opposing lawyer responded in the video that he was sure that wasn't in the charge that rapper was to which the 37-year-old rapper fired back, saying that he believe so and according to him, that's where America had him at that time for having braids.
