Kanye West has reportedly been sued by photographer Daniel Ramos for brutally assaulting him at LAX last month.
The photographer along with his lawyer Gloria Allred announced at a news conference that he has filed a lawsuit against the 36-year old musician for assault, battery, and interference with his civil rights, TMZ reported.
Ramos, who is suing for unspecified damages, claimed that he spent two weeks on crutches after the attack, when West attempted to wrestle away his camera, and has been walking with a cane for some time.
His lawyer Allred, who is also asking the court to issue a restraining order against the rapper, said that this attack sets a dangerous precedent for 'celebrity-on-photog violence' and targeted Kirstie Alley, Cher, and even Kylie Jenner for applauding West's attack on Twitter.
