Kanye West believes that the Billboard Awards censored his performance of 'All Day' and 'Black Skinhead' way too much than was actually required.
The 37-year-old rapper, who was criticized for his "dark" and "swearing" acts at the event, said his audio was cut even when he wasn't using vulgar language, TMZ.com reported.
According to the sources close to West, because he had given the producers the lyrics exactly as he performed them, they knew when he was going to curse, but still "beeped" his audio for up to 15 seconds at a time.
It is believed that West had even given the producers a specific note about changing lighting and camera angles too, and hence, it wasn't his fault that he was hardly visible through all that smoke.
