'Strictly Come Dancing's Karen Clifton has admitted that she and her husband Kevin are "working" on their relationship, amid rumours that their marriage is on the rocks.
The 35-year-old Venezuelan professional dancer said, "We're just a regular couple, we've been together for seven years and like any other relationship you have your ups and downs and nothing is ever perfect so you make it work," Metro.co.uk reported.
"Everything is fine. It adds a little bit of spark to the relationship and it just means that we care about each other," she added.
As she attended the OK! Magazine Beauty Awards alone, she revealed that since relationships take work, it's not easy, especially when both of them are in a job like 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
On Sunday night, as Kevin was eliminated from the show, he apologised to his wife of two years for "not being the easiest person to live with".
Rumours of trouble in the Cliftons' marriage had started surfacing after Kevin spent a long time in Scotland training with his partner Susan.
The duo tied the knot in 2015.
