Kate Hudson dishes tips for toned figure

Kate Hudson has revealed her own secrets to a toned body and has said that she likes doing pilates.

The Golden Globe winning actress, who has entered into the field of fitness, is promoting her venture 'Fabletics- collection of women's fitness apparel', E! Online reported.

The 'Almost Famous' star said that pilates strengthens her from the inside out and if she can't get into formal workout, she would just put on some music and "jump around" for 20 minutes.

She said that she always had a thing for athletics and would like to give a shot at sprint triathlon.
