Kathy Griffin is set to play host on 'Fashion Police' in 2015, a position that was previously held by Joan Rivers.

The 54-year-old comedian will join Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic, along with a new addition, celebrity stylist and television personality Brad Goreski of 'It's A Brad Brad World', the CNN reported.

Executive producer Melissa Rivers said that Griffin while Kathy was "right" for the show, Goreski would add the fun factor, and she was "excited" how the new panel would take the series her late mother had adored.

Meanwhile, Griffin and Goreski shared the happy news and excitement. The stylist wrote on Twitter that he couldn't wait for the show to begin, and Griffin celebrated the news, making a statement with style as she said she was going to fill some big shoes, but she was "Kathy F***ing Griffin and you celebrities better strap yourself in, as I am taking no prisoners. I am not holding back so DAMMIT let's have some fun!"

The show would have its red carpet debut January 12 with Golden Globes coverage.
