Another source said that since the emergency surgery in Belgium, the 'Celebrity Big Brother' winner has been on a cocktail of antibiotics and painkillers and doctors warned her to postpone the bash as it was too much too soon.
The insider added that doctors told her that her body needed time to recover properly and she should refrain from any activity for a while. A party is the last thing she should be having now, but, "Katie being Katie," she was determined to go ahead with her vows.
The source added that following her CBB success, the former glamour model she wants the world to know she's serious about Kieran and that it's the real deal.
