"When we were in power, we promised that we won't let any vendors stall to be removed and not let anybody's livelihood be affected. We had ordered the policemen not to harass the vendors. When I was in power, I used to monitor all this. As soon as I resigned I heard that policemen had started harassing them again. It is only a matter of few days now, when elections take place, you select Aam Aadmi Party and choose broom which is our election symbol," Kejriwal said.
Kejriwal was followed by a large numbers of supporters and workers as he moved through the streets in the city.
Meanwhile, an AAP candidate from New Delhi, Ashish Khetan also participated in the road show and talked about issues being faced.
"The challenges we are facing include prevailing corruption in the government and a fight against candidates who are contesting elections with black money. They are the biggest challenges we are facing, and the rest is fake," Khetan said, a journalist-turned politician.
