Launching a simultaneous attack on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, BJP leader Anurag Thakur on Friday said both the leaders need to decide if their primary objective is solving problems of the people or their personal matters.
"They need to decide what their primary objective is. Is it solving problems of the people or keeping their personal matters first?" Thakur told ANI here.
"The whole country looks forward to the Parliament to know what all decisions are being taken during the session and people like us understand the problems common people face and make new policies for them," he added.
Kejriwal, whose Aam Aadmi Party is battling a string of allegations, is currently undergoing treatment at a naturopathy centre in Bengaluru while Rahul Gandhi is on a prolonged stay away from the Parliament and politics.
According to reports, the Congress scion was expected to be back in the national capital by Tuesday but has extended his leave till the end of this week.
Kejriwal, however, returns to Delhi this Sunday.
