Congress Party leader P.C. Chacko on Saturday took a jibe at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal following the dismal show of Aam Aadmi Party's youth wing Chhatra Yuva Sangharsh Samiti (CYSS) in the DUSU polls.

"Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal himself took part in the campaign and spent lakhs of rupees, but still could not succeed in the DUSU polls. So, this was a fight between BJP and Congress," Chacko said.

"We are very hopeful to regain our lost ground in DUSU polls," he added.

The ABVP won the posts of president, vice-president, secretary and joint secretary defeating the Congress' student wing NSUI and Aam Aadmi Party's Chhatra Yuva Sangharsh Samiti (CYSS) in the DUSU polls.
