Kerala: Five detained for molesting minor girls

The Kerala Police have detained as many as five people and registered a case against them for allegedly molesting six minor girls from an orphanage in Wayanad.

All the victims are of or below 15 years.

The accused attracted the minors giving them sweets and called to a shop where they were used sexually and repeated it threatening them.

The Yetheemkhana teachers who happened to see a girl outside a shop, questioned her which revealed the entire episode of the incident.

The Yetheemkhana authorities complained to the Kalpetta Police and find out that six minor girls are victims of it.

The accused are being questioned by a team headed by district police chief Rajpal Meena.
