German midfielder Sami Khedira would reportedly be offered 1,50,000 pounds-a-week to become Arsenal's highest paid player of all time.
Reports have revealed that a 23 million pound deal is reportedly imminent and that the midfielder would overtake club-record signing Mesut Ozil and newly joined Alexis Sanchez at the top of Arsenal's rich list.
According to the Daily Star, Sanchez joined Arsenal on a 1,40,000 pounds-a-week but just days after completing his transfer from Barcelona the Chile star would lose his highest-earner tag.
Khedira, who rejected a new contract from Real Madrid, reportedly looks likely to join Arsenal at a knock down price and with just 12 months left on the German's deal in Spain it leaves the midfielder in a great position to negotiate.
