Khloe Kardashian took to Twitter just hours following the arrest of her estranged husband Lamar Odom for DUI "of both alcohol and drugs" on Friday.
The reality star is trying to stay positive after the incident.
The 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' star tweeted- "Smile and no one will notice," Us magazine reported.
Hours before the incident, the reality star had tried to draw away the attention from the situation by sharing a glamour photo with her hair and makeup team on Instagram.
