Kim Kardashian's pregnancy is making her weighing scale go up again.
The 34-year-old reality star, who is pregnant with her second child, took to Twitter and wrote, "Ok I'm 52 lbs up today....and I still have 6 weeks to go! I got my work cut out for me!!!!"
