Kim Kardashian is threatening to sue a Los Angeles photo agency that is allegedly trying to sell nude photos of her reclining in her pool at Hidden Hills home.
Pregnant with her second child, the 34-year-old TV personality has asked her lawyer Marty Singer to fire off a letter to X17, claiming that the company is hawking pictures that were taken from a helicopter hovering over her house, reported TMZ.com.
Singer claims that the photographer broke the law by taking the pictures in a chopper with a telephoto lens.
He added that the paparazzi agency, who has now removed the pictures from their website, was lying about Kanye West's wife being naked, as she was wearing a blue bikini.
It was when she saw the helicopter she grabbed a towel to cover up.
Moreover, the lawyer has warned the agency that they would be in for huge damages for invasion of privacy if they try to sell the pictures.
