American singer Taylor Swift recently made the dream of her two fans come true as she invited them to her San Francisco concert for a personal meet.

According to sources, the 'Blank Space' hit maker's 7-year-old fan Jacob Velazquez, who was diagnosed with Autism three years ago, uploaded his striking piano video on You tube, holding the copy of Swift's most recent album and said "I'm your biggest fan and I hope you can sign this for me one day to which singer replied "@JacobsPiano I have to give you a hug for that beautiful piano medley you did! Please come to a show on my tour and say hi to me? My treat," E! Online reports.

The 25-year-old singer has also fulfilled the dream of her 26-year-old fan Tiffany Rich, who has cystic fibrosis by inviting him to her concert.

An 'excited' Rich said that she was very happy to receive the singer's invitation and thanked the people for all their love and support.
