Disclosing the happy news to her fans, the 28-year-old actress shared a post that featured a pink dress and the imprints of her child's feet on her Instagram page, E! Online reports.
She captioned the sweet pic, "'Saylor James Cutler was born today at 1:32pm."
An insider revealed that the couple is very happy to welcome their new baby girl.
Earlier, in may 'The Hills' actress announced that she was expecting her third baby.
Cavallari and Cutler, who tied the knot on June 7, 2013, are also parents to son Camden Jack Cutler and to one year old Jaxon Wyatt Cutler.
