Kylie Jenner has revealed that she has cut her hair short, as she is very stressed with all the drama in her family in 2013.
The 16-year-old reality TV star has said in a video posted on Keek.com that she actually loves her hair, but she is cutting them short as she feels like it, Contactmusic reported.
