The Golden Peacock Awards Secretariat conducted an exhaustive review of applicants' Quality Management Systems across various criteria such as best practices implemented, product and services development process, customer satisfaction scores, audit mechanisms and corporate governance structure among others.

L & T Technology Services already holds the distinction of being recognized as a CMMI Level 5 Company. The company is also certified for ISO 13485: 2003 for medical devices, AS 9100 C for the aerospace domain, ISO 9001: 2015 for design and engineering services and ISO 27001: ISMS for information security management systems.

Golden Peacock Awards were instituted by the Institute Of Directors, India in 1991 and are globally regarded as a benchmark of corporate excellence. The National Quality Award Scheme was instituted to encourage total quality improvements in both manufacturing and service organizations.
This year, the Awards Secretariat received around 400 responses, out of which, after careful scrutiny, 241 applications were shortlisted for final selection through a 3 tier Assessment Process.
The awards will be formally presented on 19th April 2017 at The Grand Hyatt Bur Dubai, in the presence of a distinguished gathering of business leaders during the Institute Of Directors India's "27th World Congress on Business Excellence & Innovation".
