Lamar Odom has finally responded to Khloe Kardashian's divorce filing and asked the judge to deny spousal support to her.
The NBA star filed a response to the reality star's filing from May on June 9 in a Los Angeles Superior Court, reiterating that "irreconcilable differences" was the reason for the dissolution of marriage, reports E! Online.
The court documents also state that the 36-year-old basketball player has requested all attorney fees and costs be paid by Khloe.
In late May, the 'Keeping Up with the Kadarshian' star went forward with the divorce after putting it on hold to tend to his health needs.
Her attorney Laura Wasser went into court and asked the judge to withdraw the divorce petition that was awaiting a judge's signature.
The judge, hence, granted the petition and the divorce case was over.
