Late Mr.Spock advised fans to quit smoking in last interview

'Star Wars' actor Leonard Nimoy, who passed away at the age of 83, spoke about the dangers of smoking in his last interview.

The American actor said during his interview on Piers Morgan's show that it was never too early to quit and every cigarette killed lung cells, the Mirror reported.

Whilst recalling the difference in attitude towards smoking in his youth, Nimoy said that it was something that was part of his life, part of his culture and it was cool to light a cigarette.

Nimoy famous for playing the sci-fi show's Mr. Spock, had been in and out of hospitals multiple times in the last few months and suffered from lung disease thirty years after kicking the bud.
