It's now Hugh Henfer who got slapped with a lawsuit by the same dancer who claimed Bill Cosby doped and groped her inside the Playboy Mansion in 2008.

Chloe Goins' new suit, filed late May 16, in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleges the same creepy encounter with the disgraced comedian and claims Hefner was part of a "conspiracy" that made it possible, reports E! Online.

"We didn't go away. We just didn't want to publicize what we were doing. As we continued to investigate, we found additional evidence that we felt pointed toward Mr. Hefner being complicit," said Goins' lawyer, Spencer Kuvin.

She first went to police with her claim in early 2015 and later filed a federal lawsuit against Cosby that she quietly dismissed in February.

The new lawsuit alleges sexual battery, gender violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress and conspiracy to commit sexual battery.

Goins claims Cosby spiked her drink during a private party at the notorious pleasure palace and that it was Hefner who suggested she go "lie down" in a bedroom.
