Australian coach Darren Lehmann has revealed that the first ball he ever faced at the WACA ground in Perth during his Test career is one he can never forget because it knocked him out stone cold.

According to News.com.au, Lehmann revealed that it was bowled by the great left-armer Bruce Reid and hit me in the right temple.

Lehmann was a teenager playing for South Australia against West Australia and James Brayshaw, who later became a great friend, was fielding at short leg and became very worried about his health, the report said.

He added that the bounce is always a great factor at Perth and it challenges the best of batsmen in the world.
